-The trade-in value will be deducted from your purchase of a new smartphone or you will receive a credit on your A1 mobile phone bill.

Important for valuation and redemption:

- deactivate the SIM lock if the smartphone is not from A1


Information about the procedure

You want to have the smartphone picked up:
- after confirming the purchase you will receive an email with your contract and a link to the pickup service
- confirm to the pickup service the date and pickup address that suits you (home or work)
- the parcel service will come to you on the agreed date with a transport box
the cell phone is packed in the transport box and taken away by the collection service
- Your A1 mobile phone bill will be credited with the next billing cycle.

You want to hand in the smartphone in the store:
After the rating in the app, simply select "Drop off in the store".
- Go to the nearest A1 store, participating post office or specialist retailer
- hand over your cell phone to be exchanged in the store
- Please let us know whether you would like to purchase a new cell phone or have it credited to your A1 cell phone bill.
- A1 will check the eligibility and value on the spot via the system.
- If you purchase a new smartphone, the value will be deducted from the price of the new smartphone immediately.
- If you do not purchase a new smartphone, the value will be credited to your mobile phone bill with the next billing cycle.
